When I was looking to sell my home in South Florida, I searched for realtors with a high number of recent sales. I found Cameron Scott. Wow. I quickly understood why she has been so successful. When I shared with her my desired sales price, she came back with a comprehensive strategy, backed up by solid research, to shoot for a sales price 10% higher than I was looking for. Cameron gave me a punch list of relatively low cost repairs and upgrades to make while she worked on putting together a really impressive marketing plan that took into account the challenges associated with selling a house during the COVID-19 restrictions. We recently teamed up with Cameron Scott to help us find our new home in Fort Lauderdale. Cameron is an awesome Realtor. Her knowledge of the area is fantastic. This was our first time buying a house and her help and guidance made it so easy. Being an out of state buyer we were so pleased with how she was always available when we were in and out of town. By the way, she does amazing walk-through videos. During the showings, she will spot potential issues that you as buyer won't notice and ask the right questions so there are no surprises later.
